Welcome to AEKR Grop. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, marketplace, booking services, live streaming, and any related features (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Platform Services
AEKR Grop provides a global digital ecosystem that includes:
- Online marketplace for buying and selling products (electronics, fashion, home goods, groceries, etc.)
- Travel reservations (flights, hotels, car rentals, tours)
- Real estate listings (sales, rentals, commercial spaces)
- Live streaming commerce and entertainment
- Classified advertisements and business services
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Marketplace Transactions
AEKR Grop facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers but is not a party to the actual sale. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, pricing, and fulfillment. Buyers are responsible for payment and compliance with local laws.
4. Booking & Reservations
Travel, hotel, and event bookings are subject to availability and the terms of third-party providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). AEKR Grop is not liable for changes, cancellations, or overbookings made by these providers.
5. Payments & Fees
Payments are processed through trusted third-party gateways. We may charge fees for certain transactions, listings, or premium services. All fees are clearly disclosed before you commit.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or deceptive practices
- Interfere with the operation of the Platform
- Harvest or scrape user data without consent
7. Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of content you post (listings, reviews, messages). By posting, you grant AEKR Grop a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Platform.
8. Intellectual Property
The AEKR Grop name, logo, design, and software are our property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraud, or any activity that harms the Platform or other users.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEKR Grop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AEKR Grop is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted here with a new "Effective Date". Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
